IMPORTANT NOTES
- No exhibit equipment or displays may be dismantled or removed prior to the officially published breakdown time of 17.30 on Wednesday 21 May. Exhibitors, or their stand builders, who fail to abide by the published breakdown time may be subject to penalties and rejection of future applications to exhibit.
- Freight doors will not be opened before 17.30 on Wednesday 21 May. Make sure that your staff allows adequate time to secure your company’s property from the hall when scheduling their return trip.
- All stand constructions in Halls 2, 3, 5 and 14 are subject to special breakdown schedules due to the crucial position of these halls for loading of goods.
- As of 16.30 on Wednesday 21 May, volunteers from an international charity organisation will collect all goods that exhibitors do not wish to ship back to their companies. Both refrigerated and shelf stable goods will be collected, as long as they are still good for use or consumption. Details on the charity operation will be sent to all exhibitors the week before the show.
- All product samples and items of value should be removed or consigned to the official freight handler before 20.00 on Wednesday 21 May. Unattended and/or unpacked product samples found in stands after 20.00 will be disposed of by RAI cleaning services.
- All exhibitor property must be removed or consigned to the official freight handler by 17.00 on Thursday 22 May. Material left in the halls after 17.00 on Thursday will be disposed of by RAI cleaning services; a service charge will be applied to the exhibitor in case of excessive amounts. PLMA reserves the right to consign exhibitor's materials to the official freight handler, at exhibitor's expense, in accordance with the above schedule.
